Condition Grades
NWT
New With Tags
Tags attached, unworn. Highest value. Always photograph tags.
NWOT
New Without Tags
Unworn but tags removed. Still near-new pricing.
EUC
Excellent Used
Minimal wear, no visible flaws. Looks nearly new.
GUC
Good Used
Light wear, no major flaws. Minor wash fade OK.
Fair
Fair Condition
Visible wear or fading. Disclose everything in listing.
AS-IS
As-Is / Parts
Significant damage. Full disclosure required.
What to Always Photograph
Required shots: Front, back, both side seams, label close-up, fabric texture, any flaws — even minor.

Vintage-specific: All labels (brand + care + content + country), union label, zipper brand (YKK = 1960s+, Talon = pre-1970s, Lightning = 1930s–50s), buttons (plastic vs metal vs bakelite), and actual garment measurements — not just the stated size.
Vintage Sizing Reality
Vintage sizing runs 1–2 sizes smaller than modern. A vintage "Large" often fits a modern Medium or Small. Always measure and list:

Chest: Armpit to armpit × 2  ·  • Waist: Narrowest point × 2
Length: Shoulder seam to hem  ·  • Sleeve: Shoulder to cuff

Listings with measurements sell faster and have fewer returns.
